Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened and unused: The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unused. We ask that the product be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging. We recommend keeping the original box and packing materials until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of your original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Return Authorization:Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review your return and provide you with Return Authorization Instructions. This will include detailed steps for returning the item, including the return shipping address. Please note that we require prior approval to return any products, and the return package must include a Return Authorization.
Shipping the Return:After receiving the return authorization, please ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number until we confirm receipt of your return.
The returned item should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund:Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging). If everything is in order, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective products).
